June 28-Daily Universe: Artists converge for annual Art Festival

"Blood, toilet seats, puzzle pieces and reclaimed billboard vinyl were all used over the weekend at the 33rd annual Utah Arts Festival to create unique and personalized art. The festival, which ran for four days at the Library and Washington Square in Salt Lake City, included more than 130 artist booths."
